League History

2005 - A league is born. Though only 10 teams, this was the start of recorded history.
- Champion: Mudbutt Mania - Corey Sobers (the first of many)
- Six founding members still remain in the league: J.J., Tim, Jim, Jason, Corey, and Kev C.
2006 - Upgrade! We have some turnover but add enough owners to bump up to 12 teams.
- Champion: The Frying Dutchmen - J.J. Westmoreland (like a cicada I enter a slumber)
- Pat and Mike join the league!
2007 - Remember that year the Patriots went apeshit and broke all the records, at least it ended well.
- Champion: Bandana Wielding Rum Drinkers - Joe AmRhein (only champion no longer in the league)
- #1 Overall Pick: LaDainian Tomlinson
2008 - Tom Brady dies. Tim celebrates. Kevin buys a cake.
- Champion: The Flying Cassels - Tim Feldman (this might be Tim's favorite year ever)
- #1 Overall Pick: LaDainian Tomlinson
- Kevin G. joins the league!
2009 - Future co-owners Corey and Kev C. battle it out for the fantasy title.
- Champion: 2 Much Tequila = LIGHTS OUT! - Corey Sobers (and here we go)
- #1 Overall Pick: Adrian Peterson
2010 - Corey continues to knock out his friends and co-workers defeating Jim in the title game.
- Champion: 2 Much Tequila = LIGHTS OUT! - Corey Sobers (he's heating up)
- #1 Overall Pick: Chris Johnson
- The RB/WR flex spot replaces a WR spot.
2011 - Corey caps off his three-peat by cake walking through the playoffs. Going from the bye to beating JJ by 47 points in the semis and Pat by 38 points in the championship.
- Champion: Looking for a Threesome - Corey Sobers (stop, stop, we're already dead)
- #1 Overall Pick: Arian Foster
2012 - A year of change with two of our biggest rules changes in league history. Pat comes back from losing the title to league champ!
- Champion: Manningfest Deztiny - Pat DeJong (aka Team Comeback Player of the Year)
- #1 Overall Pick: Aaron Rodgers
- Rob joins the league!
- The Hockey Point scoring system is implemented.
- Kickers are replaced with a WR/TE spot.
2013 - Tim's 4 titles in 6 years era begins with a win over Corey and Kev C.
- Champion: Bernard Pollard's Boondock Pats - Tim Feldman (does Tim not like the Pats or something)
- #1 Overall Pick: Adrian Peterson
- Andy joins the league!
2014 - Rob makes the title game in his 3rd season but falls to Tim.
- Champion: Trans-Siberian Twerkestra - Tim Feldman (first of his back to backs)
- #1 Overall Pick: Adrian Peterson
- Eric joins the league!
- Fractional scoring is implemented.
2015 - Andy claims his first title in his 3rd year in the league, defeating Jason F.
- Champion: 12 Swinging D's On The Ball - Andy Plyler
- #1 Overall Pick: Le'Veon Bell
2016 - Jim defeats Eric and stains our trophy with just a heinous team name.
- Champion: Yippee Ki Yay Justin Tucker - Jim Slentz
- #1 Overall Pick: Todd Gurley
2017 - Tim kicks off his second back to back run with a defeat of Jason F. in the title game.
- Champion: Emotional Hedge - Tim Feldman (here we go again)
- #1 Overall Pick: David Johnson
2018 - Commish fight! Tim defeats JJ in the title game after both break the single season scoring record but JJ claims the record by 2.4 points.
- Champion: Pugachev's Colebra - Tim Feldman (I'm still pissed I lost this one)
- #1 Overall Pick: Todd Gurley
- The TE spot is removed.
2019 - Jim gets his second title in 4 years with a win over Jason F. who falls to 0-3 in championship games. Jason F. chose to leave the league rather than risk going full Bills.
- Champion: Feleipe Franks False Flag - Jim Slentz (it's not a Ravens pun, REJOICE!)
- #1 Overall Pick: Saquon Barkley
2020 - Will dominates his first year in the league but can't finish (happens to most of us).
- Champion: Frankgoricin - J.J. Westmoreland (like the cicada, I celebrated by screaming and dying)
- #1 Overall Pick: Christian McCaffrey
- Will joins the league!
2021 - Blah blah blah Tim wins again. An extra week of NFL has messed with a lot of the records.
- Champion: First Team All-Airport - Tim Feldman (Six? SIX! We let him win six freaking titles?!?)

- QB scoring overhaul!
2022 - Tim continues his pattern of two on, two off titles. Perk up boys, we're entering a bear market.
- Champion: Stone Cold Lead Pipe Lox - Tim Feldman (7 ah ah ah)
- #1 Overall Pick: Jonathan Taylor
- A WR is drafted #3 overall (Justin Jefferson), the earliest WR selection since 2017 (#3 - Antonio Brown).
2023
- #1 Overall Pick: Justin Jefferson (first non-QB drafted #1 overall since 2012 and first WR #1 overall)
- The league moves to Sleeper!
- D/ST scoring revamp to reduce negative scoring and provide points for more common defensive statistics.
